Theme - Who cares?

A poster campaign using two pictures on each poster. The first shows someone carelessly discarding litter/cigarette. The second shows either living in a mess or abusing someone else. Possible captions might be:

• Caring for Exmouth is caring for your friends - Do your friends want someone who doesn't care?
• If they don't care about that - they won't care about you - Be warned!
• Don't care - Can't care less!
• Not caring is a way of life - If they don't care now - they won't care then!
